WELCOME TO REFRESH DAY SPA and Remedial Clinic

Refresh Day Spa began in September 2002 and we have been refreshing the people of Central Victoria ever since with relaxation and beauty therapies and remedial massage. We pride ourselves on quality treatments and thoughtful and professional service.

Important Covid19 Update

We are still open 

 

With new restrictions starting Wed 6th August we will continue to opperate as a Remedial Clinic however all our Relaxation Treatments and Beauty teatments will not be available

Our open hours will remain the same for now but as things change we will keep you posted on any changes. As usual bookings are required, please leave a message and be patient if your call is not answered or you can book online via our website.

Most importantly we ask you to cancel your appointment if you are unwell, have a temperature or are showing any Covid like symptoms such as sore throat or flu like symptoms or if you have travelled to an area with a Covid outbreak. Our staff will also be required not to work if this applies to them.


For your safety and the safety of our staff we have a 2 step pre screening process commencing the day before with your text message and including the day of the treatment.
Every person visiting our premises will be asked to sanitise on arrival with 2 stations provided for your convenience. Masks are required to be worn at all times and we will also need to check your temperature.


Please use the seating provided and be guided by our staff who have completed the government Covid 19 training course and are informed and educated about social distancing guidelines.

Safty measures include: All payment facilities will be sanitised before and after each customer. Door handles, product bottles and all surfaces will be thoroughly sanitised between clients using WHO and DHHS guidelines. In this stage we will ensure appointments are staggered to assist with no more than 3 clients in the waiting room in line with social distancing guidelines.

  • Bookings

    It is always recommended to book ahead of time to ensure we can accommodate your request.

    Appointments greater than 1 hour will require credit card details or a 50% deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Arrival Time

    We ask that you arrive 15 min prior to your appointment time. This allows time to relax prior to your treatment and to ensure you receive your full treatment time. New clients will also need to fill in a client card which will take a few minutes. Plan your time carefully as late arrival may simply reduce the time of your treatment.

  • Confirmation

    We send out confirmation texts the day before your appointment, please reply "YES" to this text to confirm you will be attending.

    Due to the high level of demand for appointments, if confirmation has not been received by 6pm the day before we may give your appointment away. So please reply 'yes' to the text or call to confirm. Thanks. 

  • Cancellation Policy

    Please understand that if you change your appointment time or are unable to attend with less than 24 hours’ notice a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If you DO NOT turn up for your appointment there will be a 100% cancellation fee.

  • Attire

    Pedicures - we recommend you wear open toed shoes to prevent smudging.
    Spray tan - see tanning info sheet.
    Sauna – see sauna info sheet.

  • Spa Etiquette

    We request that mobile phones and other devices be turned to silent or off.

  • Refund Policy

    Product Refund Policy

    We are happy to provide testers or samples of any makeup or skincare to ensure you are 100% happy prior to purchase as we cannot accept returns of any product unless faulty. 

     

    Concession (Bulk treatment buying) 

    If you have purchased concessions with us and no longer wish to use them, we are happy to credit the remaining balance onto your account for you or someone else to use on another treatment or products, however there is an administration fee of $50 which will be automatically reduced.
